This wine is produced from 100% Cabernet Franc. Certified organic. The vines are of 70+ years old. The Mi-Pente is having a perfect south facing exposure enhancing the ripening of the grapes and considered to be a "Grand Cru" in Bourgueil. Completely destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts, fermented and aged in barrels (20% new). Unfined and unfiltered.
