Predominantly 2019 harvest with 30% reserve wines due to spring frost reducing Chardonnay, vinified partly in oak with indigenous yeasts, no filtration, and minimum 4 years on lees before low-dosage (1.5 g/L) disgorgement. Jacquesson's numbered cuvées emphasize vintage transparency and precision from their Dizy-based vineyards, producing ~186,000 bottles of structured, age-worthy fizz.

Pale gold; lively nose of lemon confit, tangerine peel, mint, white pepper, graphite, red berries, and menthol. Medium-full palate shows grapefruit, green apple, brioche, vinous fruit, chewy phenolics, tense sappiness, and delicately saline, vibrant finish.
