Named for its unique reddish limestone soils, this Pinot Noir undergoes hand-harvest, vinification in large oak casks on lees, extended bottle aging (6-7+ years), and zero dosage without fining or filtration. Jacquesson's lieu-dit series highlights Dizy's Marne Valley power and minerality, producing limited bottles (2,500-10,000 per vintage) that bridge Champagne and still red wine elegance.
