To further express the expression of the Amboise terroir, Clef de Sol is cut for cellaring through aging entirely in barrels and a blend of grape varieties with a strong character, typical of Touraine.
The vine age for Clef De Sol is 60 years. Maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats. Slow and delicate extraction. The aging is carried out entirely in 225L and 400L barrels without racking. Light filtration on earth before bottling.
