From Domaine La Grange Tiphaine in Montlouis-sur-Loire, the Les Grenouillères 2019 is a refined off-dry Chenin Blanc from 80-year-old vines. Sourced from sandy soils over clay and flint in a small parcel, it’s hand-harvested with successive pickings and fermented in oak barrels. Aged on lees in barrels, it offers a pale gold hue with vibrant complexity.
