Cultivation practices: young vines cultivated with respect for the living. Plots planted in 2014 and 2018. Massal selection.

Assembly : • 100% Petit Meslier. Middle of hills. Clay-loam soils over 1m50 then soft chalk. • Assembly of several harvests. Around 40% wine reserve.

Vinification: • Grapes picked at full maturity. traditional pressing • barreling by gravity with very little settling • Slow alcoholic fermentation in barrels with a few stirs. • Malolactic fermentation carried out • Aging on fine lees for 6 months

Dosage: disgorgement on the fly. Dosed at 2 g/L.
