Grape : Cabernet Franc

Surface : About ten hectares.

Age : The vines are 30 to 35 years old.

Soil : It is a siliceous soil, poor, very arid, with a lot of flint, and white clays in the subsoil.
The vines are exposed on plateaus facing East and West.

Vinification : Depending on the year, it lasts 10 to 15 days at low temperature in order to extract a maximum of aromas.

Ageing : It lasts 4 to 8 months in concrete vats.
