Primarily Tempranillo with Graciano for freshness, sourced from Reserva-specific vineyards in Rioja Alavesa and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged 18 months in French oak barrels (instead of traditional American oak) to enhance spice and structure while preserving fruit, yielding 14.5% alcohol through the estate's organic practices.
Tasting Notes
Deep purple with intense aromas of wild berries, ripe black cherries, spice, vanilla, and wood. Full-bodied attack with firm tannins, black berry flavors, pepper, cedar, violet nuances, and good persistence on the finish.
