M. Chapoutier Côte-Rôtie La Mordorée Rouge 2017

M. Chapoutier Côte-Rôtie La Mordorée Rouge 2017

From Maison M. Chapoutier in Tain-l’Hermitage, Northern Rhône, the Côte-Rôtie La Mordorée Rouge 2017 is a refined Syrah from 60-year-old vines on mica-schist soils in Côte Blonde and Côte Brune. Hand-harvested from organic and biodynamic vineyards, it’s aged 14–18 months in oak casks (25% new), offering a deep red hue with vibrant complexity.
