M. Chapoutier Ermitage De L'Orée Blanc 2021

From Maison M. Chapoutier in Tain-l’Hermitage, Northern Rhône, the Ermitage De L'Orée Blanc 2021 is a refined Marsanne from 60–70-year-old vines on fluvio-glacial alluvial soils in the Les Murets lieu-dit. Hand-harvested from organic and biodynamic vineyards, it’s fermented and aged 10–12 months in demi-muids (15% new) with lees stirring, offering a golden hue with vibrant complexity.
