M. Chapoutier Ermitage Le Méal Blanc 2011

M. Chapoutier Ermitage Le Méal Blanc 2011

From Maison M. Chapoutier in Tain-l’Hermitage, Northern Rhône, the Ermitage Le Méal Blanc 2011 is a refined Marsanne from 50-year-old vines on south-facing, shingle and clay terraces in the Le Méal lieu-dit. Hand-harvested from organic and biodynamic vineyards, it’s aged 10–12 months in oak casks with lees stirring, offering a golden hue with vibrant complexity.
