Barons de Rothschild Brut Champagne NV

Barons de Rothschild Brut Champagne NV

From the renowned Barons de Rothschild estate in Reims, Champagne, the Brut NV is a vibrant, elegant non-vintage Champagne reflecting the family’s legacy of excellence. Crafted from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, sourced from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, it includes 40% reserve wines. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on lees for three years, it boasts a pale straw hue and refined finesse.

Winemaking Process

Rothschild’s commitment to quality shines in this wine. The NV blend, often based on the 2018 vintage, uses hand-picked grapes and stainless steel fermentation to preserve freshness. A high proportion of reserve wines ensures consistency, while three years of lees aging enhances its creamy texture, creating a Champagne of precision and elegance.
