The three vineyards owned by the Bonville family are entirely planted with Chardonnay, and are located in the municipalities of Avize and Oger, that is, in the heart of the Cote des Blancs, where the best Chardonnays in the world are produced. This cuvee Camille undergone a long aging of three years in the cellar during which it brings out the maturity and fineness characteristic of the wines of "La cote des blancs". The nose develops floral notes followed by notes of ripe fruit and finally, light notes of pastries. The freshness and fineness of the bubbles stand out in the mouth. It is unctuous and with very good persistence.
