From Champagne Pierre Péters in the heart of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger on the Côte des Blancs, the Grande Réserve Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru NV is a refined 100% Chardonnay sourced exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Cramant, and Avize, featuring chalky limestone soils that impart exceptional depth and precision. Blended from 55% 2014 base with perpetual reserve wines dating back to 1989, hand-harvested grapes undergo traditional method secondary fermentation in bottle, followed by extended lees aging of 8 years to develop profound complexity and finesse. As a family estate since 1919 committed to sustainable viticulture, this prestige cuvée yields a pale gold sparkling wine with persistent fine bubbles and majestic elegance.

Tasting Notes An elegant, complex sparkling with ripe orchard fruit and profound chalky minerality, reflecting the Côte des Blancs' Grand Cru terroir. The nose reveals ripe pear, golden apple, brioche, and hints of hazelnut, white flowers, and wet chalk. On the palate, it is full-bodied and harmonious, with vibrant acidity, creamy mousse, and flavors of baked apple, lemon curd, and saline minerality, leading to a long, resonant finish.

Awards and Accolades The NV Grande Réserve Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru earned 94 points from Vinous for its concentrated depth and crystalline precision.

Serving and Cellaring Serve chilled at 8-10°C without decanting to preserve effervescence. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with lobster, foie gras, or aged cheeses. Enjoy now through 2040, during which it will develop enhanced brioche and truffle nuances.
