The nose is at first slow, releasing a few notes of fresh citrus zest. After oxygenation, it then expresses its personality through aromas marked with fruits such as white peach flesh, completed with iodized fragrances bringing complexity. On the palate, the onset is frank introducing a precise dry wine. Its freshness, tense and just right, creates the structure of this very pure wine. Scent of jasmine flowers and the aromatic force of grapefruit flesh that then leads to an intense iodized salinity.
