From Shafer Vineyards in California’s Stags Leap District, the One Point Five Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 is a refined blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon with Petite Verdot and Malbec from vineyards on volcanic and loamy soils. Fermented in stainless steel and aged 18–20 months in 100% new French oak barrels, it is vegan-friendly, offering a deep ruby hue with vibrant complexity.
