From Maison Trimbach in Ribeauvillé, Alsace, the Pinot Gris Réserve 2019 is a refined white from organic vineyards on limestone and clay soils in Ribeauvillé and nearby villages, including Grand Cru Kirchberg and parcels in Bergheim. Crafted from 100% Pinot Gris, it’s hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel vats, offering a golden hue with vibrant complexity.

A crisp, elegant white with lush fruit and mineral finesse, showcasing Alsace’s terroir.
The nose reveals ripe pear, yellow peach, and lemon zest, with hints of quince, almond, and wet stone. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and dry, with bright acidity, concentrated fruit, and a long, mineral finish.
