From Maison Trimbach in Ribeauvillé, Alsace, the Clos Ste. Hune 2018 is a refined Riesling from a 1.67-hectare plot in the Rosacker Grand Cru, Hunawihr. Sourced from 50–70-year-old vines on Muschelkalk limestone soils, it’s hand-harvested from organic vineyards and fermented in stainless steel, offering a straw-green hue with vibrant complexity.
