Sourced from 50-year-old vines on granite soils with south/south-eastern exposure, it’s hand-harvested from organic vineyards and fermented in stainless steel, offering a pale straw hue with vibrant complexity.

A vibrant, elegant white with mineral and citrus finesse, showcasing Alsace’s terroir.
The nose reveals lemon peel, green apple, and white flowers, with hints of chalky minerality and subtle petrol. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and bone dry, with crisp acidity, a focused texture, and flavors of citrus, stone fruit, and a long, saline finish.
