Grown on Mt. Harlan's limestone soils after a cool winter, late budbreak, and temperate growing season that preserved acidity and fruit purity; low yields from old vines yield concentration. Whole-cluster pressed, 100% barrel-fermented with full malolactic, aged 15 months in French oak (30% new, 70% neutral) for integration at 14.5% alcohol, pH 3.25.

Tasting Notes
Light gold; aromas of green apple, lemon zest, sweet grass, baked brioche, Honeycrisp apple, and pear. Lush mouthcoating palate reveals tropical fruit hints, cedar chest, Key lime, bright acidity, poised structure, and polished mineral finish.​

Serving and Cellaring
Serve at 12-14°C in a Chardonnay glass. Drink from 2026-2035; pairs with pork, rich fish like salmon and tuna, poultry, or vegetarian dishes.​
