From Domaine Le Clos du Caillou in Courthézon, Southern Rhône, the Côtes du Rhône Le Caillou Rouge 2023 is a refined blend of 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, and 5% Cinsault. Sourced from organic vineyards with 50-year-old vines on sandy and galets roulés soils near Châteauneuf-du-Pape, it’s hand-harvested and aged 4 months in concrete tanks, offering a cherry red hue with vibrant freshness.
