Egly's meunier comes from two hectares of 40- to 50-year-old vines in Vrigny. Vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks. It contrasts a broad, textural richness with bright, lively fruit flavors, clearly marked by the acidity of its base year, and it finishes with savory, spicy aromas and a chewy depth of flavor. It's delicious to drink now.
