From Jeaunaux Robin in France's Champagne region, the Le Dessous de la Cabane Rosé Brut NV is a multi-vintage blend of 75% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, and 5% Chardonnay sourced from vineyards on chalky clay soils mixed with marl and flint in the Vallée du Petit Morin that impart minerality and freshness. Hand-harvested grapes from multiple vintages undergo gentle pressing and primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, followed by secondary fermentation in bottle via the traditional method and 3.5 years' aging on lees before disgorgement with a dosage of 8 g/L to develop complexity and structure. This organic production emphasizes artisanal techniques, yielding a deep salmon sparkling wine with elegant, fine-pearled mousse and lively vibrancy.

On the palate, it is medium-bodied and harmonious, with vibrant acidity, soft fine bubbles, and flavors of wild berry fruit and red berry depth, leading to a long, balanced finish.

Awards and Accolades The NV Le Dessous de la Cabane Rosé Brut earned 92 points from James Suckling for its sour cherries and raspberries with sliced almonds and pastries, medium body, soft fine bubbles, and excellent freshness.
