Rita Hills sites including Rita's Crown, Sanford & Benedict, La Encantada, Radian, and Peake Ranch on Botella clay and limestone soils; 2023 vintage fermented 64% stainless steel, 29% concrete, 7% oak with 3% whole cluster. Aged 16 months (40% new French oak, 60% neutral oak/foudre including 24% Rousseau cask), yielding 14.2% alcohol, pH 3.62, TA 5.87 g/L.
