Sourced exclusively from The Cutrer Vineyard with its heat-retaining seabed soils, diverse microclimates, varied rootstocks, and clones that create nuanced flavor blocks; hand-harvested at night into shallow bins and cooled to preserve freshness. Whole-cluster pressed, naturally settled free-run juice fermented in French oak barrels, yielding intense mouthfeel at 14.1% alcohol with perfect harmony of baked fruits and toasted oak.

Beautiful pale straw; richly layered aromas of caramelized nuts, caramel, pie crust, ripe pear, praline, brown sugar, vanilla, nougat, and white peach. Opulent palate melds baked apple and pear, toasted oak, roasted nuts, baking spice, sweet spice over rich textured mid-palate with juicy acidity and vibrant, lingering creamy finish.​

Serving and Cellaring
Serve at 12-14°C in a Chardonnay glass. Drink from 2026-2035 for development; pairs with roast poultry, creamy seafood, or nutty cheeses.​
