The Estate at a Glance

Estate Size & Terroir ~11 Hectares in total. The crown jewel of the estate is its 4.55 hectares in the spectacular "Les Quarts" terroir of Pouilly-Vinzelles, characterized by Bajocian limestone and iron-rich red clay.
Farming 100% Certified Biodynamic (Demeter) and Organic (Ecocert). The brothers employ horse-plowing in their older parcels, cultivate natural cover crops, utilize dynamic tisanes, and enforce strictly manual harvesting with a dedicated picking team.
Winemaking Long, gentle pneumatic pressing of whole clusters. Spontaneous fermentations with native yeasts. Élevage takes place in a mix of neutral French oak barrels (pieces and demi-muids) and stainless steel vats for 11 to 18 months. The wines rest on their fine lees without bâtonnage and are bottled unfined and mostly unfiltered with minimal sulfur.
